An excellent series, Ed.
Why do I feel differently when one of these hunters gets a frog than I do when they catch a fish- or even a vole? I mean, I never even watched Saturday cartoons.
Maybe it's the Kermit Syndrome?

4, 6 & 7 are my top picks, Ed.

In the first shot, Froggie should have jammed his left foot into the Heron's eye.

Ed - great shots of a pretty bird - the first tells a nice story about the will to survive

Gotta love nature!

Looks like the frog aftertaste didn't agree with the Greenie in #4

Great set, Ed

Looks like you are right back into the game Ed.
Glad to see you got your Greenie shots. They are not over here at all.
Sometimes I get on in Ottawa during the summer though.
Great set!
