Terrific set Jim... my favorites are the Aplomado Falcon, the Prairie Rattlesnake, and the Swainson's Hawk hunting Bats is such a unique capture... excellent work.

Fantastic series, Jim. Were most of these taken on the Armendaris Ranch? If I remember correctly this area is still in the northern zone of the Chihuahuan grasslands.

Wow what a variety set James, super stuff. The bat collector wins as my favourite, that is a cool image.

"The Bat collector" Ha Ha, too funny Rob - I'll remember that one. Thanks for the comment!

Love that snake in #2 slot. Actually, no, these things freak me out, and that photo just brings it too much to life

Thank you much Eric, by the way, lots of Mt. Lions in the area...but too elusive to count on seeing.

What an amazing and varied set, Jim -- you must be very at home there. (I hope so, because you must spend a lot of hours there!)
Mark

Thanks Mark, actually, I don't live there full time, about 4-5 months of the year.

Thanks Mark, yes I feel lucky....when I'm there live in a ranch house, so it's my front and back yard.

Thanks Kirk....the Aplomado is the only difficult one......snakes and Swainson's can be an everyday affair.
