Some really outstanding images, Herb.
The whole chase sequence is remarkable- with a couple of individual pics that are particularly good.
#9 is the winner for me, though. It evokes the speed and look of a diving American Bald Eagle perfectly.
Charlie

thanks Charlie

Wonderful series Herb.
I wonder why he dropped the fish in #5. Do the eagles in your vicinity do that often?

Holy Smack Herb!

What an incredible set of images, I just love the 3-pack of Eagles in these shots and exposure color and sharpness look outstanding Just sweet, congrats on the sequence.

I remember a long long time ago there was a B&W film that came out that really had no ASA (ISO) speed assigned to it, you pretty much shot it and processed it for what you needed, I pushed that stuff pretty hard a few times for some low light high school night games but I don't think I ever saw 51,200

By the way. #9 is a cool glider shot!

Karl

thanks a lot Karl
