I'm getting an image printed at 8x12 and looking for a 12x16 frame with 2" matte for it -- and having surprisingly little luck. Just want something simple, trying to keep the cost manageable. Any suggestions?

I live in a small town so there aren't any viable local options.

It's not that bad. I put two Redi-Paks of 18x24 in the shopping cart and plugged in Fairfax, VA's zip and the shipping charge comes out $58.01. But, you need to understand that's 50 matts in total. So each 18x24 matt costs $6.88 including shipping.

Except for buying a really cheap frame on Amazon, everything is quite pricey.
Walmart and other places sell nice frames and mats except it is very hard to find anything with a 3x2 aspect ratio. 18x12 mat with a 16x22 frame is my ideal size.
