What are your experiences with factory quality control of m43 lenses? Are they fine straight off-the-shelves? Or, like Nikon/Canon/Sigma/Tamron lenses, do your brand new lenses require servicing due to some QC defects, e.g. de-centered elements, dust in lenses etc etc. |

All my MFT lenses have been good out of the box. I don't recall hearing much about QC issues. |

Got a chance to stop at Hocking Hills for about a half hour today on a way home from some meetings. I haven't had a chance to shoot much recently, so I was very pleased to get some decent shots, even though everything is dead right now. ![]() ![]() ![]() Olympus 12-50: ![]() ![]() Olympus 75/1.8 (handheld at 1/15 sec...gotta love IBIS): ![]() |

Messing about with some wireless flash with the FL-600R. Olympus's system is certainly more finicky than Nikon's when it comes to wireless - the remote flash's sensor has to definitely be line-of-sight, or very close to it, to fire...not so with CLS. Oh well. |

Experimenting with some different crops, square, panorama-sort-of-style-squashy-weird-image, "wrong" compositions :-P |
