Tomato and Mozzarella drizzled with salt, pepper and a little olive oil. Sharpening steel used in preparation to slice tomatoes on the tempered glass cutting board. Thanks for looking, Barbara |

Seems a bit odd to sharpen after everything's prepared, no? |

I understand why you could think that but on occasion I do sharpen afterwards also so the knives are stored ready to be used |

Thanks Robert, would have been a little stronger image had I included uncut tomatoes also. Tough week to come up with ideas and since my first one didn't pan out..... Thanks, Barbara |

Nice shot Barb. This does fit the theme, which was not an easy one again this week. I know what you mean about other ideas that didn't work out. |

Nicely done Barbara, and one of my favorite dishes too! And I have a set of those knives, which really should be called scalpels... |
