I'm glad you came to see me, but I was just leaving ... sorry for the mess.

The remarkable thing about this building is that the floor is inches deep with actual records, including (likely) sensitive information. Quite literally embodies abandoned/discarded. It boggles my mind that people could up and leave without taking all these documents with them.
