Thanks. This is Lightroom 4.4RC then b&w conversion with Silver Efex pro 2.

Yes. They are dumb adapters, though, so are best used do manual EF lenses (like my Rokinon, or in conjunction with other adapters (like my OM to EF adopter)). With AF Canon EF lenses, you won't have AF or aperture control.

FD, of course, works fine since all the lenses are manual anyway.

X-E1 with EF 100mm f/2 @ f/4

You know, the thing about being able to shoot in the dark is huge pupils...

Here's a picture of another camera (took my shots for my upcoming reviews tonight), but taken with the X-E1 and Canon FD 50/1.4. Single light to the rear left and front right reflector.

I travel that road relatively often when on assignments in Kristiansund and surrounding areas..... Ive PMed you a link to a shot taken from the exact same spot with my hassy.. I really enjoy that view and I spotted it straight away

Not entirely true, AFAIK. There are some adapters which let you change aperture, though I haven't used one yet: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Canon-EOS-EF-mount-lens-To-Fujifilm-X-Pro1-X-E1-FX-Adapter-with-aperture-ring-A-/181015600696

There are even tilt adapters.

Two from tonight...the second is sort of a test shot, since I got the 18-55 today. Have to shoot a lot more with it. Seems good, but need lots more shooting. First is with the 35/1.4, second with the 18-55.

How do you find the AF speed b/w the two lenses?
