So 35/2 or 35/1.4? I still can't decide which |

The shots look very sharp for f1.4...I wonder how the Zeiss 35/1.4 compares to my Nikon 35mm/1.4 Ai-S? Now that would be an interesting comparison! |

I don't know about sharpness, but the Zeiss almost certainly has better boke. It is also a much more expensive lens, so that is not really surprising. The Nikkor is pretty neat though. I could imagine owning both. |

I'd love to see a comparison of all the the available 35mm f1.4 lenses, including the new Samyang...I might swap to another 35/1.4 lens if I knew there was a better one...Have to say those Zeiss pics are very impressive so i'm leaning that way at the moment |

IMO that both C/Y 35/1.4 and new Z* 35/1.4 are sharper wide open and have better bokeh than nikkor 35/1.4 ais. |
