A very nice flash diffuser can be used with pop-up flash or external flash. The diffuser measured around 12\"X15.5\" and with metal wire frame. It is foldable and come with a pouch for easy storage.
It can be used with most of cameras and external flashes as the diffuser is mounted on the lens. I tried it on a Canon EF 70-200 f2.8 IS and EF 24-105 without any issue.
