The 16-35 sounded interesting, but alas it\'s bigger than my 17-55 (and a stop slower). And I have no need for VR on a lens of that focal length range. Besides, I\'m a DX shooter, and I\'ve read a few comments in the other thread about DX owners not requiring \"pro\" glass like the 16-35 and 24 f1.4. Too funny!
