This may seem like an obvious question but...have you installed ACR (Adobe Camera Raw?) It\'s what you need to convert the RAW files before opening in CS3. Alternatively, you can open the RAW files in Canon DPP (my prefered method) and use the trasfer to Photoshop function.

I can\'t install ACR - I get an error when I try to auto - install, and that\'s why I tried to do it manually by moving the old 8BI file and replacing it with the new 8BI file.
