Tokina 10-17mm is a good option. I used this on 1.3x cameras, and if I remember correctly, from 12mm up there\'s no vignetting. It does get a little annoying having taken a picture at 10mm on accident and cropping it later though...otherwise it\'s sharp/cheap and fun to use.
I had a 15mm FE for a little while (after the Tokina) and use it on 1.3x and full frame cameras. It definitely does NOT look like a standard wide angle when used on 1.3x, you will still get that fisheye distortion.
Out of the two, I think I preferred the Tokina because of the price and the ability to zoom. Vignetting can be an issue though.
