FS: DynaLite M1000wi Wireless Pack

I sold the rest of my DynaLite gear and have cut this post down to only the pack. Thanks very much to everyone else for their purchases!

The M1000Wi Strobe Pack can accommodate up to 4 heads (two per channel) and pack 1000w/s of power into a very small and light design. Weight is just under 7 pounds - almost unheard of for other comparable packs! Auto-detection of PocketWizard transmitters and transceivers is built in, and the M1000wi accommodates a 6-stop exposure variability range with 18 possible settings in either Symmetrical or Asymmetrical configurations. Recycle time is a mere 1.5 seconds at full power, much less at lower settings!

This equipment has little to no noticeable wear and tear with no damage or malfunction history.

Firm asking price is $925.00 + shipping and paypal fees if you choose to pay with paypal. I sold my other pack at this very reasonable price and will not take a lower price. Now lowballers please and thank you.

Estimated UPS ground shipping is $20.00 within the continental US.

I also have two 25\' head-to-pack extensions for \"M\" Series DynaLite packs (will work with 2040, 4040, 4080 etc heads and M500, M1000, M2000, M500wi, M1000wi, M2000wi packs. These sold for $175.00 EACH brand new from B&H, and have since been discontinued for a 35\' model. I will take $100 each or $175 for both + shipping and PayPal fees.

Please feel free to email me trevor [at] meeks digital [dot] com with any questions. Thanks for looking!

FS: PRICE DROP: DynaLite Wireless Studio Packs + 3 Heads & Extras!

Complete DynaLite Wireless Studio Pack system!
All pieces are now available separately, not just as a package. Please scroll down and view posts below re: individual pricing. Thanks!

I bought this set of DynaLite equipment in 2005 from B&H and haven\'t used it nearly as much as I had expected to. Hauled some of this to about 5 different weddings and a few portrait shoots, otherwise it sat in my studio/office in locked pelican cases most of the time.

This is a VERY complete set and the perfect solution for anyone looking for robust, powerful and consistent studio equipment that will last for nearly a lifetime. If you\'ve ever used DynaLite products before, you know what I\'m talking about. If you haven\'t, then using is believing. The packs, head bodies and other strobe accessories are constructed of durable aluminum, and all accessories attach using a sturdy turn-to-lock system. The two power packs have built in radio slaves which are compatible with PocketWizard Transmitters and Transceivers, as well as Sekonic flash meters with PocketWizard modules. No sync cords needed! This is essential in a busy studio where safety and flexibility are key.

Power Packs
The two M1000Wi Packs can accommodate up to 4 heads (two per channel) and pack 1000w/s of power into a very small and light design. They weigh just under 7 pounds each - almost unheard of for other comparable packs! Auto-detection of PocketWizard transmitters and transceivers is built in, and they allow a 6-stop exposure variability range with 18 possible settings in either Symmetrical or Asymmetrical configurations. Recycle time is a mere 1.5 seconds at full power, much less at lower settings! One of the packs is missing the little rubber cover for the PocketWizard antenna. This is purely cosmetic and does not affect range (which, did I mention, is up to 1500 feet?!) or performance.

Strobe Heads
Three heads are included with this set. (2) 4040 heads which can put out as much as 2000w/s apiece, and (1) 4080 bi-tube head, which has two flash tubes in it and can put out up to 4000w/s with a much shorter flash duration - this type of head is used by many sports/action photographers. You can choose to use only one of the tubes in the 4080 by plugging in just one of the cords - then it becomes the equivalent of a 4040 head. Color temperature is extremely consistent with these packs and heads, with very little color shift between power settings. The heads are fan cooled and contain 500 watt modeling lamps, which can be controlled proportionally or at varying power settings from the power packs. All three heads include 7\" Grid reflectors and protective dome covers. The 4080 has a 2-3\" long dent (Visible in Photo #6 - it\'s the lighter grey of the three heads.) on one side where it was lifted on a boom stand into a ceiling fan while on a shoot. The damage is purely cosmetic and the unit functions perfectly.

Accessories
Also included are various extensions (four of which came with the heads, two 25\' which were purchased separately) so you can place the heads wherever you need to, whether your shoot is large or small. The beauty dish included with this set is 18\" in diameter and has a soft white finish. Also included but not pictured is the silk soft light cover for the beauty dish, which slips over the front of the dish to provide a softbox-like beauty dish! Two Chimera Octa-Plus rotating speed rings are also included, and they\'ll accept most softboxes and octaboxes. One is missing an attachment screw which does not affect functionality and you can probably find a replacement at your local hardware store.

The list of equipment is as follows:

(2) DynaLite M1000wi 1000w/s Wireless Power Packs
(2) DynaLite 4040 2000w/s Strobe Heads w/ 500w Modeling Lamps
(1) DynaLite 4080 4000w/s Bi-Tube Strobe Head w/ 500w Modeling Lamp
(4) DynaLite 14\' Head to Pack extensions
(2) DynaLite 25\' Head to Pack Extensions
(1) DynaLite 18\" Beauty Dish + Soft Light Silk Cover
(2) Chimera Octa-Plus Speed Rings
(2) Power Cords
(3) Protective Dome Covers
(3) 7\" Grid Reflectors

All items have minor to normal wear and tear with no damage or malfunction history aside from the 4080 head (see above) which still functions normally despite the dent in the body. As I said, this stuff is tough!

Total cost of this equipment NEW from B&H is over $4500 + Shipping. PLEASE SCROLL DOWN TO POSTS BELOW FOR INDIVIDUAL PRICING!
