On the slim chance that it was shipped via USPS or any correspodence went via US snail mail, I\'d file form 8165 (mail fraud) against the scammer who dumped this on you and see if the prospect of federal prison changes his tune. I\'ve used said form a few times, 100% success rate, federal postal inspectors take a very dim view of fraud and that is very obviosly what this is. Fred needs to ban this guy, too.
