FS: Nikon Ai 20mm, MF Lens

Item 1: Nikon Ai 20mm, 3.5 MF Lens in Minty Condition

I thought I was going back to FF Nikon for a brief period, so I accumulated a few lenses. This one is in incredible condition, considering it was manufactured in 1981. I bought it from the original owner, and it sat in a case mostly unused for its whole life. There is only one, very minor imperfection in the coating that you can catch if you know it is there and look for it. This will have zero effect.

The lens is the raved about f3.5 version, which is about the same size as a 50mm 1.8. I don't know about you, but I use my wide angle lenses at f8 or so, since I want a wide area of focus.

Please see the pics, and also check out the KR link for some basic info.

According to its serial number it is a 1981 Ai version. Even though this is a manual focus lens, you will find it is very easy to focus due to the wide DOF inherent with a 20mm lens.

Will work on full frame or crop bodies. Please do your homework and understand how MF lenses work with your body.

Comes with newer pinch style front cap, a clear rear cap, and a vintage Vivitar leather case.

Price: $225.00
Payment method: PayPal
Item condition: 9+
