As the MFD of 55mm f/3.5 micro was just ~24cm and I needed a larger working distance to avoid disturbing the beetle, I took the TC14A which made a \"77mm f/5 Micro Nikkor\".
These shots were taken at a more confortable (~50cm) distance.
