Not sure what the club was used for, since spears were the weapons of choice for the warriors (all men).

On closer examination, I think there's a shaped stone on the end, so this was probably a farming implement.
Although the Maasai were warriors-turned into cattlemen (job for the men), they likely did some vegetable gardening near their villages. And that would be the work for women and children.
