The way I see it, in the worst case scenario, if I need to replace a ZM every 3 years with a new one, I still need 9 to 15 years to reach the price of the equivalent lens from Leica. And of course, not all lenses will develop the wobble, and it seems once repaired/rebuilt at Oberkochen, the wobble is gone for good.


Yeah, I\'ve read a lot about it on RFF, and I\'ve experienced issues myself, having owned several ZMs in the past, and that only makes me more worried.

Only replacing my ZMs once would make it more expensive than my Leica equivalents, so it is a gamble for me.
