This Sigma 85 (for Canon mount) is in excellent condition. The glass is perfect, the barrel is in at least EX+ condition if not better. Very little signs of use. It comes with a Tiffen protector filter and the 2 hoods (full frame and APS-C extender) as well as front and rear caps. The rear cap is from a Tamron lens. No box, paperwork or anything else unforunately. I bought this lens from a friend of mine who takes great care of his gear.
