hey all, really appreciate this thread and have read every one of the comments. I\'m in the same boat as many: do i go 5dII or 5DIII. i\'m coming from a crop sensor (50D) and would consider myself semi pro. I teach workshops to new hobbyists and have sold some of my work but photography is not my sole source of income.
I shoot a lot of HDR on a tripod with a remote trigger and usually at iso 100 (here\'s my site by the way) and have been debating between the two bodies.
Hearing everyone and looking at the raw image comparison at various isos between the dII and DIII (see link here) at DPreview, I\'m really leaning towards the DII now - especially with everything I\'m hearing from everyone here.
I can suppliment the DII with a 7D (after selling my 50D) for focal length limited situations (and faster AF) and I think i\'d be quite happy
