Let\'s assume that it\'s user error and there is no fault to the copy of your lens or the lens design.
And it looks to me like you got everything figured out. You have the camera & lens calibrated. You put this on a tripod. That said, the only scenario that might cause the focus to be off is that you didn\'t de-focus the lens first before taking those shots.
I\'ve never used Reikan Focal. But if you do the micro adjustment the way I do it, it will require a lot of focusing and de-focusing works. If you don\'t do de-focus, some lenses will likely struggle to find the same sharp spot.
Also, I do the micro adjustment in bright enough light.
