Profoto make a special reflector just for the Lowel doors, it is smaller than most reflectors. I don’t know how they would do with Elinchrom reflectors or if Elinchrom makes a reflector of the right size.
I also occasional use a Hensel reflector on a 7 inch reflector, although I had to modify it slightly to fit. (I think the Profoto 7 inch reflectors may be slightly larger than 7 inches.)
One thing worth noting is the Elinchrom snoot with 10º grid. It is one of the few I know that mounts directly without the need for a reflector – very handy. It is one of my main reasons for having a Profoto to Elinchrom adaptor.
