What setting are you using for the the higher the Spot Removal Sensitivity? It changes default horizontal skin highlights to vertical ones in patches which produces the blotchiness you are seeing. Try turning it off and see if you get the same thing. If that works they you'll have to use the Spot Healing brush in PS first before applying PortPro.
