I very muck like the Nikkor 50mm F1.8G as well.....prefer it to the faster Nikkor and the Sigma.
Whatever happened to the 50mm F1.7 lens anyway? When I was a kid, my Dad\'s Pentax had a 50mm F1.7 as did the Konica I had for a while back in the late \'70\'s (maybe early \'80\'s).
