Good point about the sharpening - I have a tendency to overcook sharpening sometimes so I sometimes err on the side of caution - I\'ll do some work on it.
The shot was taken at Salford Quays in NW England, UK - a redeveloped industrial dockland area which now has swanky apartments, offices and a theatre:

I\'m not sure of the bridge\'s name - it\'s a lift bridge that jacks itself up on four pylons to let ships pass underneath. There are a couple more shots of it in my flickr.
With regards to the EXIF, I guess I should own up and admit that it was just taken with my compact (always with me, unlike my 5D) - a Panasonic DMC-LX3. It\'s got a good, fast, Leica lens and shoots raw - punches well above its weight. For what it\'s worth, the full exif is below
