I weighed my nex carry bag today.

Kit zoom, 28 and 45 zeiss, bag, memory car holder filled, nex 5n, additional big flash for nex.

3.3 lbs

This is inside a crumpler 3mdh, small.

So volume and weight and, unless I need to print quite large, or work in very low light, the quality is easily enough.

Stopped down, the nex 5n and contax g lenses easily compete with the 5d2 and l glass. It all depends what one needs.
