the package and insurance tracking sticker were delivered to his San Diego mail drop box but the tracking sticker fell off an got stuck to something that went to Sparta, TN so he decided to take advantage and point to the tracking sticker and rip me off as best I can tell.
Sparta, TN post office insists it is impossible they delivered to the wrong address since his street doesn\'t even exist in their town and they see the insurance form and package itself having scanning into his address in San Diego as it should have. And the San Diego post office says the same thing that is was delivered to San Diego.
