WOW ebay/paypal situation I was involved in appears to be headed towards a fix

Finally got him to contact me again and he says he finally checked his mailbox yesterday and found that it had been there all along since 12/21/11 after all and that I was lucky that he was honest and had spent an hour tonight trying to email paypal that he did receive it after all. Gee I guess I am ever so thankful that he didn\'t try to take advantage of the situation to rip me off. I did tell him as long ago as 12/23/11 that the USPS said they had delivered the package to him despite what the primary tracking said so can you blame me for starting to accuse him when he doesn\'t bother to check his mail box for 8 more days and takes 9 to get back to me? I guess he does.
Anyway, haha, what ends well, ends well.
Ridiculous. Just gotta laugh in the end.

And despite having followed everything to the T, as always, paypal automatically decides with the buyer.
I provided proof of mailing to a paypal certified address. I provided insurance tracking form. I provided phone number for contacts from his local post office where postal officials insist the package was delivered to his drop box. I provided everything and this guy hasn\'t even responded to anyone since before Christmas or left feedback for anyone in more than a year and they STILL find in his favor.
I have no money and I have no 1.4x TC II.

I think this guy is on model mayhem (unless someone hacked his account).
