Looks like the smoke that comes off an incense stick, nice colors!!!!!!

thanks all.

It was shot with black background with some light coming from the side.

that after I inverted the photo in photoshop, using layer blending and brush tool to color the smoke.

How many cigarettes did you have to light up to get the smoke effect you wanted?
Hopefully, none ... but, nice work ... definitively get the sense it is a Calla Lily ...
