p.1 #1 · slide show for TV presentation

Just wondering if anyone could recommend any software to create a slide show that will play directly on a TV via DVD player. I have a couple of slide show create programs, but they will play only on a PC.

Thanks for any help on this.

ProShow series from Photodex has a wide range of output options: including DVD.
I consider it the Photoshop of slideshows - MASSIVE amount of customization for creating dynamic, energetic and amazing slideshows.

Producer from Photodex is the king. Don't forget that if music is being used in the show, it is subject to copyright. Photodex sells complete packs that include theme slides, backgrounds and the music for weddings, portrait sessions, etc. Also, they now have online show creation subscriptions.
Producer produces excellent AVIs and MPGs. The DVD authoring portion of the program is still pretty clunky and I much prefer DVD Architect from Sony. That is part of Vegas, also an excellent option for doing shows from stills, but much more cumbersome than Producer. Avoid the Magix products. Crash city.

Thanks for the responses. It turns out the the DAM software I use has the capability to do this, I just missed it initially.

Thanks
