I've tried just about all of them that I've heard of. I'm currently using Daylite, and it does what I need it to do for the most part. There's a lot of things I DO NOT like about it, but for now I just use it to track potential clients, projects and tasks.
I'm looking around for new software, and here are a few things I would REALLY like. If anyone knows of any that can do these things, please feel free to respond.
1. Pipelines & Activity Sets
-If you don't know what these are, they are pretty slick. I use them and need them. Currently, Daylite, ShootQ and Insight.ly use them
2. Sending emails automatically to clients
-I'd LOVE a system that could send clients information about their current project. I want to enter in project information like: session date/time/location, when the project has been updated to "ready to pick up portraits", or things of this nature. If it were tied to the activity sets/pipelines in #1, then that would be awesome.
I know I'm asking for something specific, but this is a solution I'm needing.
Any software that I would even consider must sync with Google or MobileMe. Must.
Again, this doesn't have to be photo specific (Daylite really isn't) as long as I can customize it extensively, and can send email reminders automatically.
I have been using photoone software on a trial basis. I really like what it has to offer, however it is a bit glitchy. For instance, about every 5th or 6th event doesn't sync with my google calendar. Even if it was perfect in all other ways, this is a deal breaker! I have spoken with customer service, they were quick to respond, however two weeks later they have not fixed the problem.

I use it in spurts. I'll start using it, and then i'll get slammed and nothing goes anywhere...it still doesn't do what I want it to do in terms of automated functionality.
