Time to sell this beauty. It’s in wonderful shape. Glass is scratch free, focus is ultra smooth and it’s built like a tank. I have taken many wonderful pictures with this lens and I am sad to see it go. There are remarkably few marks on the body for a lens of this age. A few small letters are engraved on the side but you can hardly seem them. No fungus or mold issues or oil of any kind that I can see. There are only the typical dust specks inside, but of course they don’t affect the image. Take a look at some of your new lenses, I bet they have some too! Comes with the OEM case and lens hood. Don’t have the keys for the case. The clear drop in filter is installed as it should be, no extra filters. It also comes with a 4/3 system adapter so it is ready to go if you have a 4/3 system.
If you are looking for a great lens without spending as much as a car then here you go. It has served me well and will serve you well for many years to come. $2500 OBO Paypal and shipping included in the US. I purchased this lens from Zuiko.com so you know it was thoroughly checked out. http://www.mir.com.my/rb/photography/hardwares/classics/olympusom1n2/shared/zuiko/htmls/350mm.htm
Looks like a great copy of a real gem, Ned. It should also be mentioned that the OM mount is fuss-free adaptable to EOS and others with the purchase of an adapter (from Fotodiox, for example). I was lucky enough to shoot with a friend's copy on my DsIII a few months ago, and he was lucky I was able to control my criminal instincts and give it back. Magnificent rendering and really easy to focus.
Equivalent to a 700mm f2.8 on 4/3rds (focal length and lens speed, not DoF you pedants). If I shot super teles, this would be at the top of my wish list. GLWS.
