Very nice! I like how massive that river feels. The light is great, and the clouds adds a lot to the picture. Only thing I'd think of is to perhaps crop out more of the bottom.

Nice composition, but the deep shadows are killing it for me. A great case for a multiple exposure blending, so that we could see more of the details in the trees on the right side, and the rock on the left. Some post processing might be able to bring up the shadows a bit so there is not such very harsh contrast. Just my $.02

I'm heading to Yellowstone and GTNP in 12 days, can't wait to see scenes like this!

Thank you, it's an interesting observation, because the dynamic range is, in fact, just fine. Nothing is underexposed. On my monitor at home it looks bright enough, with lots of details in a shadow, but when I first looked at it from my computer at work, I did not first recognize it myself.
