while on a recent trip to Finnmark (Northern Norway), I managed to take a few pictures of this bird:

I know nothing of birds, I'm afraid, so I was just curious - must be pretty common, I assume: I saw it from my car and walked towards it.
The pictures are taken with a EF 70-200/4 L IS USM on a 5D (classic)

It's a White-tailed Eagle (Haliaeetus albicilla). Also called a White-tailed Sea-eagle

Exactly! Haliaetus albicilla. First, I thought is a juvenile, but the underside of the wings tells that is a fully grown adult.
