any of you all know if there is an adapter to fit Nikon D700 of Zeiss M-mount lenses?

No. The register distance on M mount lenses is much lower than the F-mount. You'd be effectively sticking a large extension tube between the M-mount lens and the camera. It might work if you wanted to only shoot macro with your M-lens

Then again I've never seen one even made.
