I noticed the seemingly nodal aligned frame movement in ACR during processing. I suppose that would be easy to recreate. Focus the camera on a specific point a few meters away, take a baby step to the side, focus on the same point and take another.
In PS put the two in separate layers (after processing) and turn on the Window --> Animation interface. Once there set your timings by dragging the IN/OUT points for both frames and slide the end-of-anim playback length to the end of the last frame. Now choose Save For Web Devices and select GIF, 256 colors, Diffusion dither @ 100%, Loop = Forever, test it, and then click save.
