Allow me to explain a bit. The 3 little "beans" are fruit of Matrimony vine (Boxthorn). It's one of Chinese herb commonly used as food ingredient or medicine. Some restaurants put Matrimony vine in soy sauce to increase sweetness.
I've got to get me some Summilux love, alas, the other day I simply could not pass up on a Leica R Elmarit 100/2.8 Apo with the 1:1 macro adapter, mint in box.

I have a 280/4 Telyt leitaxed to Nikon, and I have the APO 1,4x and the APO 2x lying around for nothing...
I'd love to have them converted to Nikon, so I could use them on the leitaxed Telyt and D700.
(or I need to convert the Telyt back and only use it with the leitaxed extenders, which would be a pity.)
if you manage to do this, please contact me what the conditions are. I'd love to have both extenders converted!
