p.1 #1Kodak SLR Image Thread
I'm sorry if there were thread like this before, but I couldn't find one on this forum...
Let's share some pictures taken with this unique camera.

I'll start off with few pictures taken with SLR/c and Contax N85/1.4 ...

Those are just fabulous. Is it the lens, the camera or the combination and the photographer!

Nice idea. The color from this camera is awesome. Owning this camera for over five years (my first DSLR), I have a lot of images. Here is on with the Zuiko 18/3.5:

Thanks! I was one of those idiots who chose the SLR/c over the 1Ds

I am absolutely stunned by the detail and colors this camera brings out....
Also, the metering and as well as DR is just way better than my 5D MkII....

Again, the Kodak SLR has a lot of shortcomings, but its output outweighs them IMHO.

The CCD gives the Zeiss look to lenses. Here is my (unusual?) excellent copy of the Tamron 20-40 at 20mm (SLR/n):

Absolutely stunning images.

Having owned both the SLRc and SLRn, these certainly make me regret selling mine. Got 'em both brand new and sold them with under 3k actuations each. The converted Contax 17-35N had a permanent home on my SLRc.

The SLRc as I recall was a bit more sluggish than the SLRn, but these SLR's were ahead of their time and can still hold up pretty well against the best.

When it comes to color, contrast, exposure, and not blowing out the whites - it does a "much better" job than my 5DII.
