I'm hoping to fall on the legendary hospitality of the FM forums!
I have a wedding this weekend and need help in two areas -
Firstly and primarily I need a 50mm prime, anything that will fit an EOS mount is absolutely fine, my 50 1.8 is gone and it looks unlikely that my replacement Sigma 1.4 will arrive in time which leaves me with only a 24-70L between my 12-24 and 70-200, I'd rather have a prime in there just in case it gets really dark or (more importantly) something happens to the 24-70. If anyone has a 35/50mm prime that they won't be using this weekend I'll happily pay the postage to and from you and a bit extra as a thank you.
Secondly, my assistant has stood me up, I don't really NEED anyone, but I like having an extra pair of hands for the busy period and to bounce ideas off, if anyone is interested in coming along to help out I'll feed you some sort of takeaway and pay for your time, the wedding is in Peterborough so I wouldn't expect anyone too far away from there to reply because I can't afford much more than £20-30 for your time (will only need a few hours in the middle of the day but you're welcome to stay as long as you like, if you're just starting out I'd be happy to shoot the breeze with you and help you out with ideas/my (limited) experience in any way I can during their meals and so on)
If anyone can help out with either, you can either PM me or e-mail [email protected]
46 minutes and he never once called me dude or kicked my ass. Have to tell you folks, in real life, Chris talks the Queens English! (This from someone originally Glaswegian, lived most of his life in Manchester and now living 6 months of the year in Jerusalem - not exactly that English myself! )

Ditto actually but caning was out by the time I hit grammer school though we had plenty of it in primary school. I'm just a young 'un though at age 30.
