Not sure if it would improve the image, but I'd be tempted to do some dodging and burning inside the wheel to bring the eye is more, but I like it as is. Here is a bit of a re-work with some contrast bump, vibrance inc, dodge/burn and a different crop. Let me know if you want it removed. and whether this works for you, or heads off in a different direction altogether. Scott Mar 15, 2010 at 12:54 AM

Bob, I reread your post about toning down the white areas....I will definately try that. Hi Jeff, It is camera movement, just spinning the camera. Hey Scott, No need to remove it......thanks for the help and showing your take. I like this...there are so many takes on this type of photo...it can go in many directions.
