Investigate Print On Demand vendors. There are lots. Lulu.com will even help you get an ISBN number and set up to sell on Amazon. I don't recommend their color quality however.
How do you plan to market your book? How will you tell people about the book and make them want to buy it?
Marketing is the real success to selling books like this. Because you aren't making a whole bunch of them, the price per book to the customer is quite high, so you have a higher bar to cross to get them to purchase.

Chas... You are right about the price of the book. This event that I am shooting is actually for a forum, so that's where I will be marking. They've given me free reign to do what ever I need to do on their forum to sell the book since they have a 'vested' interest int he book selling as well.
There are going to be over a 1000 people at this forum's event. I'm thinking that the orders will be somewhere between 80 and 125. However, it could be a lot more. I really have no idea. There is a lot of buzz around the book and numerous people have stated they wanted 2 of them. I hope the price doesn't scare them away.
I want to keep the book under $99.99 as that seems to be the psychological price point for this demographic.
Like I mentioned earlier... I really don't want to become the distributer. I just want to build it, post it, and let the forum members gobble it up

John, do you want info on the actual production printing of the book or do you have a printer and you are looking at how to sell and distribute the book? I may be able to help on the first part.

Tim,
I looking at BLURB.com as a possible solution. It looks like you can set up an account and people can purchase 'my' book thru blurb and I won't have to deal with the sales cycle.
