You just need to call them, they are friendly people and as listed on their web site they are Canon US, Nikon US, Sigma US, and Tamron US licensed dealers amongst other I am sure. I have purchased new items from them when they had a good deal and they always had US warranties. As to warranties you need to be careful with some sites that advertise "1 year US Warranty" without stating it is the manufacturers warranty not their own in house warranty. That is not the case with new KEH in my experience.

Their website is a bit of a drag, but they are a reputable retailer so you shouldn't have any concerns. My only query would be on price & I would recommend some comparison surfing before hitting the purchase button. In my experience KEH don't often offer the most competitive price ...
