Another beautiful series you really captured some very nice light and colors. The Skagit is an awesome place, don't tell anyone, but I was at the Washington Bulb company last week a person there said the Daffy's should be in Bloom within 10-14 days very early this year. Also you may want to check out Mann road some cool Turkeys roam that road about .5 mile down off Fir Island road
I'm partial to the first and last. The raptor is great in that last one.
Am a little surprised you were able to capture the 'long necks' as well as you have in the first. Given the light, I would have guessed a sufficiently fast shutter speed wouldn't be available to 'stop' them. Wide open lens and high ISO.(??)

Thanks, Ray! Wow...2 weeks till the daffys are out...sweet! Thanks for the heads up. I definitely have to go again...not that I wasn't planning to anyway.
Also, thanks for the info about Mann road. Didn't even know we had turkeys there.
#3 isn't doing it for me at this size, but I think I'd really like it printed large. It's just too muddled at this size, but I bet when you can make out most of the birds, it looks awesome.
Thanks again, gang! It was great to get back in the saddle for a few days. Hopefully I'll make it out again soon and have more good stuff to share with y'all.
