Well I think most of us here are fans of Tim's work, but I wasn't sure his workshop had been noted. If I could somehow make it out there, I would be there in a heartbeat. Here's the info!
Thanks for posting this. I was not aware of Tim's workshop.
While I cannot attend, I want to say this is ONE workshop that I am sure would be informative and interesting to see/attend.
Tim does such a wonderful job with off camera flash lighting and working with family groups and kids. Exemplary work!
I regret not being able to jump on a plane and make it there. Lucky folks who live in the L.A. area and can make it.
Disclosure: My remarks here are not a paid advertisement nor was this arranged or suggested by Tim. I just saw this post, clicked the link, thought "Hey...that is cool...Tim teaching a workshop" and responded above.
Imagine my surprise to see this thread! Scott and Steady, thank you both for your huge support! In fact, I owe a lot to the members here on FM for my own personal growth as a photographer. Over the past three or four years, I've had the opportunity to teach a variety of small workshops here and there, and I have a blast every time! Now I'm looking forward to taking these workshops to a whole new level!

If you are anywhere near his workshop.....run to it and learn from a gifted artist.
Tom...thank you very much for your support! I truly appreciate it. I still remember your write-up on your blog about the preschool portraits. That was really nice.
It's great to know that I have the support of my FM friends!

+1 Fancy a trip to the sunny (! ) UK?
We should have a whip round and buy him a plane ticket! I'd turn up just to hear what Tim says to his models to get such great reactions.
Hey FMers! I just wanted to let you know that I had a great time teaching my workshop this past Saturday! We had a great turn out, and everything went well. Thank you for all your encouragement and support. It really does mean a lot to me. One of the guys made a very quick video with his 5DmkII. I didn't even know he was making it, so it was a nice surprise. If you have a couple minutes, here it is.
