exposure was a nightnare on this one

not entirely happy with these, will shoot some more with maybe a different background as a comparison.
dont think these shots are as good as the male i shot couple weeks ago. she just wouldnt sit still

Nice ones, Phil. I think you did good on the exposure. I would guess you probably had to dial in +1 to +2 FEC.

Nice set Phil. That first frame is beautiful. The slightly bowed head gives her a real demure look. Great looking Mantis and great shots

I agree that the white BG is a bit stark, but I thing that it might be a necessary evil to 'bring out' the lovely pastel pinks of her belly area?
Maybe a pale grey might be an option?
Lovely all the same.
