Yes, she really does, and hopefully for many years to come. The problems usually arise when a major overhaul becomes mandatory (needing sveral millions SFr). Several sister boats sailing on the Lac Léman (Geneva lake) have been moored for years now, slowly falling into disrepair (but not into oblivion), waiting for the much needed $$$.
