My MK IV is going to show up in a few days..........did a quick search, with no results. Is raw support avaible yet? Capture one says at least another month for them.

I think the Adobe DNG converter is compatible too, so you could convert to DNG first then use those files.

LR 3 Beta will work if you convert to DNG first. The noise reduction is much, much better on Mark IV files.

Yeah, Adobe has provided 1DIV support for Adobe Camera RAW within Photoshop CS4 (not CS3) and their DNG converter.

from the Apple support web site: "Aperture 2 with Mac OS X v10.5.8 Leopard or Mac OS X 10.6.2 Snow Leopard or later" will support 1D Mark IV RAW files.

Sure it does. You just have to use the free Adobe DNG Converter mentioned above. DNGs are backward compatible.

I tried using DNG converter 4.6 and it errors on the mark IV files. Tried 5.6 and it won't install unless CS4 is installed. Where exactly is this magical converter?
I can't find it on Adobe's site.

Got the camera and love it. Thanks for the replys.

I just upgraded ACR and it works fine. Breezy Browser just added it to theirs too.
