If it still has auto aperture, that's a big plus, if not required for that much money. AF is very valuable in a fast moving scene, like at a wedding where this lens would be great, no doubt about it. So it needs a good discount to lose that AF, but not below what an unconverted 17-35 would be IMHO, assuming auto aperture still functioned. For landscapes and slow paced shots, Live view manual focusing on a tripod is preferred for me. It's got that Zeiss 3D nature and is sharp out to the edges. It's an amazing lens.
