I think the Gura Gear Kiboko Bag would hold all this. Their web site shows it holds #2 1-series bodies, a super tele and 7 other lens. If you substitute the #2 5D's for the super tele you would be about there.
+1 looks like a fantastic bag, looking to upgrade to that eventually as my L bag
Also very lightweight too if you compare that against other bags on the market.
Plus various filters/memory cards/etc. Does such a thing exist in a reasonable price range?
Not sure about the filters and accessories, but I think you should be able to get that in a Pelican 1510 with inserts (instead of foam) if you don't mind stacking lenses along the narrower side of the inserts. The 70-200 would have to lie on it's side and you could rest the 135 on top of it along with one of the primes. If the primes are all L lenses then it might be a bit tight. The greatest waste of space will be the rigid, huge lens hoods. For lenses like the 50, 85 and 70-200 I use the Mamiya collapsible rubber hood instead because it saves a lot of space and is very effective.
Another alternative is the Think Tank Urban Disguise 60. The two outside pockets will hold a body each and the other two bodies can 'float' above the lenses in the main compartment. You can definitely put to 1D series cameras above the lenses and still close the bag... but some people might be uncomfortable with packing equipment in this manner. Needless to say, as a shoulder bag, it will be very heavy and uncomfortable (in spite of the nice strap) with this much equipment.
i think their both out trekking about together in the beyond shooting (at f64). you'll see the gallery just to the right after, and thats only after, you pass through the pearly gates.

LowePro NatureTrekker of ProTrekker 400 will do the job, and probably also kill your back (I once did a trip with a Nature Trekker carrying 5D + 24-70 + 16-35 + 70-200 + 580 + 85L + 180L + TS24E...). I will never do it again
Shoulderbag : look at the Magnum 400 AW, but it will also kill your back
